• Educational insights about your financial health
• General financial guidance based on your data

All AI responses are for educational purposes only. Always consult a qualified professional for major financial decisions.

3. Your account

• You must be 18 or older to use Wealto
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• Provide accurate information — wrong data leads to inaccurate insights
• One account per person

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Wealto for any illegal purpose
• Share your account with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer the service
• Upload documents that are not your own

5. Subscription and payments

• Free plan: 20 AI chat messages and 2 document scans per month
• Pro plan: ₹249/month or ₹1,999/year, billed via Razorpay
• Payments are processed by Razorpay — subject to their terms
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period
• Cancel anytime — no partial refunds for the current period

6. Intellectual property

• Wealto and its features are owned by the Wealto team
• Your financial data belongs to you
• AI-generated insights are provided as a service, not owned by either party

7. Limitation of liability

• Wealto is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for financial decisions made based on Wealto's insights
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months

8. Termination

• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms
• You may delete your account at any time
• On termination, your data is deleted within 7 days

9. Governing law

• These terms are governed by the laws of India
• Disputes subject to jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, India
